Elephants are my favorite animal! Have you ever ridden one? They can be 8 feet off the ground. Whew! What a long way to fall!! I once rode an elephant while I was in Thailand. We crossed rivers and travelled through the jungle. It was beautiful and a lot of fun!! My elephant had a kind face and I especially enjoyed feeding him bananas as we explored. There are two kinds of elephants, African and Asian (or Indian). African elephants tend to be larger and have bigger ears. Asian elephants are not as aggressive as the African elephants. But both are lovely animals. Rememember, elephants never forget! | |||||||||||||||||||

Pumpkin Bread 3 c. sugar 31/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. pumpkin 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 c. oil 4 eggs 2/3 cup of water Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pans and bake at 350 degrees for one hour in 2 loaf pans or 45 minutes in 6 small loaf pans. It's rich!
